Comfy bed and delightful staff—my life’s ambition of a cozy stay achieved! But seriously, can my room get more confused between ground and up? I could've sworn I booked a microwave, not a surprise cardio session!

Everything was nice, so were lovely views out over the lake. The location was marvellous and beautiful: a shopping area and the Farmer's market were within walking distance.

Loved the way our well-maintained queen room with a microwave was arranged. The location was good and perfect, very close to pubs and a cinema. Every staff member was supper friendly and incredibly nice👍

The staff here is extremely helpful and friendly, the views overlooking the lake are lovely, and the central location is convenient, being near the city center.

Tbh, had a good stay for a wedding we attended. The hotel was set in a central area close to toowoomba for an art workshop, therefore able to walk to restaurants and great coffee shop.

The place was fairly clean with efficient and thoughtful staff.

The hotel's location was magnificent, right by the stunning park and botanical gardens, perfect for enjoying the surroundings. I had an immaculate guest room complete with a microwave, a refreshing shower, and a very comfortable bed. the staff was excellent and exceptionally friendly throughout my stay.

The hotel's location is fantastic, right in the heart of the town. It's just a short walk to great dining options, the park, coffee shops, and the main shopping area, making it very convenient.

Stayed at this place for 3 days and enjoyed the peaceful and comfy location close to the farmers' market; also got to try some great coffee and milk during my stay.

This hotel surprised us with its fantastic location, close to a beautiful park and quiet cafes. the room was well-maintained and clean, with comfortable beds and good amenities such as a microwave and toaster. the staff were professional and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable. It’s an ideal destination for families with young children, given its location close to the park and food outlets.

The exterior of the hotel fell short due to its dated appearance and lack of charm.

The location is fantastic, situated in a very quiet area guaranteeing a good night's sleep. Additionally, the hotel is perfectly positioned right across from Queens Park, providing a beautiful view and only a 5-minute walk from the city area.
